Judge Herman Thomas, who stepped down from the bench in 2007, is accused of spanking young men with a paddle or belt for sexual gratification in exchange for leniency in court. He faces more than 70 charges, including kidnapping, sex abuse, assault, extortion and sodomy. He was found "not guilty" of all acounts. Where is the justice?
