Question by Dani H: is it true that if two people have sex alot it will increse there chances of having twins?

i know that you cant get re-pregnant once you already are. and i know what age you should be and things you should eat and that it runs in your family.
duhh i alrdy know the 2 kinds of twins. and it is on both our sides
what are foods or vitemins i can take to increse my chances

no, it has absolutely nothing to do with the amount of sex you have.... the ratio would be high! lol... it usually is genetic and on the women's side... sorry :-?
